Or partitaly an excuse. It really pisses me off. I was at a point in my life where I drank excessive alcohol, I thought it was "cool" but that's besides the point, after two litres of vodka I was so drunk I could barely stand but the next day I could still remember vaguely what I did. If I can remember what I did after 2 litres of vodka why can't others after a few pints? Oh and I'm not trying to act hard and cool for drinking two litres of vodka, it was stupid and childish of me. For three days after that night, I was vomiting constantly, puking up my guts (literally) and I didn't realise people used that much alcohol to OD.
So as well as a discussion I hope what I've shared makes people think twice about drinking tones of alcohol. It really isn't a nice feeling, vomiting blood for three days, scaring my family to death and still feeling slightly drunk two days after because the alcohol was still in my blood stream, I'm surprised I wasn't hospitalized and pumped.
The question that sums up the thread:
Why does people feel they can use being drunk as an excuse? I'm not sure if its different per person but for me no matter how much I drink I can remember vaguely what I did.
Serious replies please,
Rich.
