Touch Screen

The touch screen on my computer jumps from where I'm touching to a different place, but this seem to only be happening in one section of the screen.

It's kinda hard to explain what's happening so i made this..

I was just drawing lines from the top left to bottom right and the 2 spikes are when it jumped.

I've cleaned the screen to make sure there's nothing on it messing with it, and recalibrated a few times its made no difference.

I tried google but it just comes back with people an there ipods/iphones

Hardware issue, you might wanna get a hold of the manufacturer if it's doing it after updating drivers/reinstalling OS/recalibrating. I had this issue with my Samsung Q1 Ultra and I ended up shoving it in a cupboard, I wasn't going to pay upwards of £120 for a new screen/touch panel for something with 1GB RAM and an 800Mhz CPU!!
