Soon when I get to a higher combat, I want to raise my prayer so I can start using it when I get to fighting higher things. I may buy some bones to get it up faster. How much XP does big bones give each time? How many you think I should buy to get it from level 29 to level 43? Thanks.

lemme put it this way, im 37 prayer, and for me to get to 43 i need 2,500 big bones...........

Or do the holy grail quest...I got from 33 to 37 just from doing that.
and go to the bone yard in the wild!

Not really, I did it at combat level 61.
You have to kill a 120ish black knight titan - that's the hardest part...it's also kinda long...
Oh and you need to do Merlins crystal first, too

Each big bone gives only 15 exp. So you need about 2500 big bones for lvl 43. The best way would be to kill hill giants, buy them, or go to the bone yard if your f2p. If your p2p then you can use baby dragon bones which give 30 exp, or use ectofunkus which multiplies the exp per bone by 4.
Mendonky, you musta messed up your calulations, because you only need about 1500 big bones for lvl 43.

EDIT: now i realise i did that calculation when i was 33 prayer, i recently done the holy grail and am now 37, i appologise, i looked at my old old OLD notes
