Heres some new (or old) buttons to help you make your rooms faster!
1st tip: Press Shift and then selects a furni in your room. You will find that the furni rotates
2nd tip: Press Ctrl and then selects a furni in one of your rooms. There you will see that the furni goes back in your inventory!
3rd tip: Press Alt and then selects a furni in one of your rooms. You will see that the furni moves when you move your mouse!

Seem's habbos actually listening to User Voice ideas,
btw the ctrl to pick up furniture on a Mac dosn't work need to use command cmd,
