These things are a lot of rubbish, it takes into consideration things like your Alexa rating, your domain length, PageRank to generate a value that has no real meaning.
For example, Habbox is worth $57,634 according to that website.

They're a load of rubbish.

I've got one it claims to be worth about $2,084.31 which probably isn't too far of, and as I paid just a little under that for it, but it gives a value ~$100 for domains that are worth sod all and a similar number for ones worth much more.
