Recent Downfall

I have noticed a huge lack of posts in the last few weeks on this forum.

At 23:53 on 30 March 2011, HabboxForum has 6,660,915 posts. So if we take 31st March - 10th April, its 11 whole days. Right now the forum has 6,673,488 posts.

On average that is 1,143 posts a day which is a lot lower than what it used to be.

Things such as Habbo Events/Quizzes should be taking place regularly to avoid this.

Jen was the only thing sticking habboxforum together. Without her, the amazing star called hxf is collapsing in on itself which unfortunately means the end for most of us.

If there is no bike then how the hell is the community going to keep hxf "riding" on in the future?

Sharon have you been studying these statistics over the past few days? I did not know that you were so smart!

The way I see it is the forum is declining on Habbox's 'carelist' if you get me. May not be right in managements POV but tis the way all the members are seeing it. The old members which made HabboxForum pretty much *survive* have now left and the ones that stuck around because of them are losing interest too. I mean it's never gonna get to 0 people posting, but not much point really in coming on here now.

These things happen spontaneously from time to time. One week a forum may not get so many posts, another week it could get twice as much. You see this a lot with the listening trends on last.fm. I highly doubt a few Habbox events will make things any different. Besides, the Easter holidays are coming up now and I am sure in a weeks time the forum will be bursting with life.

It is getting boring lately, but make new threads, post in ones already made. I made a thread about boyz n the hood in tv/film and it got one reply, I mean come on people!

But on a serious note, I highly doubt that Jen and Tara leaving will lead to the downfall of Habbox. It was around before those two were here and will still be standing after they have left.

yeah, as quite a lot have mentioned above, i've found myself less inactive and really only on the forum for convenience (as in, if i'm on the net, then why not pop on every now and again) because the forum is just boring. but this seems to be the case for quite a lot of older/frequent users imo, so it seems unless there's an influx of newer members, the forum will continue to decline in regards to activity.
