Refresh select box...?

Hi,

Im making a script & what I have is a page to created a job. Now, on there is a select box to add "subscribers" to this job, what I want, is to be able to refresh a select box & text box on click, without it refreshing the whole page, which results in losing data in other boxes...

To do this I think you will need to use Ajax.
