i don't know much about this film, but it looks quite good and i've heard it's very scary.

UK release 29th April, Cert 15

Josh and Renai have three children, the oldest is ten-year-old Dalton. As they begin to settle into a new home, they experience strange noises and other unexplained phenomena. Soon Dalton is rushed to the hospital in a coma, suffering a severe head injury after falling in the attic. Months slip by, and the doctors still have no explanation for his continuing coma. When the boy is returned home under his mother's care, more frightening events occur in the home. The mother is so horrified that she moves the family to a another new home in hopes of leaving the fearful memories behind them.

The family quickly discovers that the haunting has nothing to do with their home. The supernatural outpouring is coming from their comatose son. Several scientific experts observe the son, the family and their home. They determine that Dalton is trapped on the other side in a dark world they call The Further. The parents team with the scientists to try to bring their boy back from The Further and save him from the clutches of a dark entity that hopes to claim him as his own.

I have just seen this. This is really scary and I thought paranormal activity 2 and other horrors were not scary at all but this movie is terrifying! The main baddie is the scarist thing ever. The ending was so mental! People in the audience were screaming, I was crying laughing at them and crying because of shock lol. Hope theres a number 2!

I don't like "scary" films because they never are scary.. I can't recall a time where I was generally scared as a result of watching a film.
My friends told me to go watch Paranormal Activity because it was super scary, I did so, and it was crap... I was generally bored throughout the film.... I was thinking "Oooh wow, a shadow, and oooh wow, a door moved" It was total rubbish lol.

It also doesn't help that the music changes to a more tense sound when something is going to jump out at you, so in a way it's like a warning..
I never go to watch horrors in cinema anymore, if it looks good I just wait for the DVD or borrow it from a friend, I'd never go out of my way to watch them.

That said, this film does look pretty good, though like I said, I wouldn't go to cinema to watch it.

There's another shooting today, and this one was bad
I'm glad that we all hope and pray, but it takes more than that
We've been trying, we've been crying
Hoping that they will do more than keep lying
I need to believe that people can change
Or else this life has all been in vain
What's the point of fighting if we're fighting for a lie?

It is freaky; some very unexpected moments tbh.

Was good I suppose; one of the first horrors I've watched really.
