    Default Definition of a Crush

Pretty simple question. What is your definition of a Crush?

I personally think it is a late stage of admiring someone.

I personally think it is when you have feelings for someone who you hardly know, those feelings tend to be physical, as in you are attracted to them, you do not yet know much of their personality.

It then moves onto fancying, whereby you have developed a friendship with a person and you now know a little bit about them and their personality traits.

Then lust, whereby you want to express your feeling to that person more, you think you know all there is to know about them, you think your in love, you keep telling yourself that (s)he is the one for you etc..

Then love.. whereby I can't describe.

    - My opinion - It's a touchy subject, it's hard to define, you just KNOW.

There's another shooting today, and this one was bad
I'm glad that we all hope and pray, but it takes more than that
We've been trying, we've been crying
Hoping that they will do more than keep lying
I need to believe that people can change
Or else this life has all been in vain
What's the point of fighting if we're fighting for a lie?

I think its when ur rather attracted to a person (mentally or physically) but not currently with them. I think its pretty much the same as fancying someone just a different term.

I think having a crush on someone and fancying someone are close, but still different.

Having a crush on someone is a desire to be with a person you're attracted to and fancying someone is just liking someone in a sexual or emotional way.

You see, My thread has a valid point. I often see people take the mick out of some of the younger users when they say they have a ''Crush'' on someone but to be honest what you would regard as a crush and what they would are sometimes the total opposite of each other.

Lust is the first thing that happens, it's the basis of all (real) relationships because it's so instinctual and not something you can help feeling.

Not at all, they're not the same thing. Love is an extremely powerful emotion and a crush is just an ongoing lust for someone

    Talking

Crush is not being obsessed with the person but like every time they pass you something going bright red or when they talk to you being like
    Hi
