    Hi, i have quite a few habbo accounts all linked to the same email, i dont know the passwords for none of them but when i try and send for a password reset habbo dont send me nothing, idk if my accounts have been deleted ? last time i logged on them was around a year - 2 years ago, thanks

    I'm not sure what's up but if you contact habbo explaining your problem they may be able to give you an answer that's helpful

    Just go to www.help.habbo.com and log in/register then "Submit A Request"

    These things take a couple of days, and maybe longer this week as it's easter week!

    Also, make sure you have checked your "junk" inbox also, as sometimes it ends up in there (it does sometimes for me). Also sometimes it can take a little while to send.

    Did you say you last logged in like 2 years ago? It maybe a little late for you then

    Habbo merged all english speaking Hotels last year and on March 30th they turned off the Merge Process, meaning if you hadn't activated your account onto the new merge hotel then you lost the account.

    However if you did activate the accounts, you shouldn't have any problems. If you aren't getting the emails, maybe use the Habbo Help Tool?

    Thanks for all your help, I think I did activate a few of my accounts, my main account is on a separate email & I can log onto that fine, but my storage account (which I think I did log onto after the merge) is on the email account that I cant get onto, along with about 30 other accounts :L
    Ill try contact habbo tomorrow and see what they say thanks

    Success! I just checked my spam folder & habbo have sent me an email 2 hours ago saying they have merged all my accounts into one email and sent me a link to change my password thanks again

    It seems you need to merge them, but sadly Habbo has stopped merging accounts like 2 weeks ago.

    Surely if you send a request for your accounts to be activated they will activate them for you. I'm guessing just because user's can't merge accounts anymore, staff will still have the ability. I'm sure they are allowed to check your last login, and location you logged in from. You may need to provide some additional information in order for them to activate them for you, but that's just a guess. As they're all about account confidentiality.
