I done 61-70 at PP which was pretty fast XP, then 70-92 on master farmers for 30k xp an hour.

I would think 61.

Cant exactly remember from what quest, but there was these apes in the room next to the monkey child (only viewable after the quest)

said to be over 300k+ per hour

I've got 81 thieving atm. I've been doing it on the safes in Rogues Den Grats on 94
