Right, yeah I know, been posted a hundred times - not sure why it got turned down, might as well post to see what people think.
Since, obviously we want people to post etc, why not have a rewards system?
Lets say a user posts 100 times, they now get one point. Points could be traded in for; reputation, donor, VIP, habbo credits etc, advertising space for your room on Habbox.com (check this thread for that idea..: http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=695195) etcetera.
The system in terms of getting points would be automatic. A features manager would obviously be needed to add the forum based rewards (perhaps allow a super MOD to take on this role?)
This would be an ongoing thing, and once you had enough points for certain items you could cash it in - different rewards would require different amounts of points.
I just feel this would allow you to reward users for posting frequently etc - and if possible would be a fun way to do it. If you wanted new users to get involved early on, you could explain the points system to them and offer them double points for the first week.
Thoughts?

Buying rep also ruins the point - rep should be earned, not bought for which has caused so many arguments, like when someone decided management should have 60 Rep Power which was unfair. I'm not too sure how people can buy Habbo Credits with them when I am sure Habbo would be against that for legal reasons :/ Advertising space could easily be done with furni donations which would be of more use than the points.
