Hello my fellow friends,
This is Stefano46 reporting about the latest Rare Values!!!!!!!

The tubmaster should drop as I only see people buying them for 0.7 hc.
Snowglobes are as they always are traded for 0.4-0.5 hc.
Laplands have already gone up as people offer 0.9 parasols for them and some habbos even offer hcs.
All the parasols aren't moving much and stay at the same value.
The speaker and mocha is always sold at 0.5 just like the dicemaster.
Thrones are being sold often at 17 hc worth!
The samovar should be raised to 0.9 or 1 hc as I see many people offering that much.
The pillow isn't doing well as habbos offer 25 creds worth of norms!
The throne sofa should drop as habbos are trading it for about 3.5 hc to 4 hc.
The petal patch should drop aswell as many habbos can't afford them and they offer up to 2.5 hc worth. I think it should drop to about 2.8 as people are paying 2 hcs and a tubmaster or the 3 piece para set.

Hi Stefano46

Thanks for posting your values on a number of rares.

Some of your values seem ok however, some of them look quite off the mark of what there originaly traded for.
When/if posting again, makesure you get a range of close to accurate values or even better, take your time observing what there traded for.

TIP: Makesure you spend a good amount of time on each rare, this makes your values much more accurate and makes your report look better in the long run. Follow this simple tip and I'm sure you'll be reporting better values week by week.
