I hate that they feel the need to lose quality moderating staff just to outsource workers from Costa Rica to further lower their running costs.

No matter how much people complain though, nothing ever gets done with Sulake. Even with a company such as Jagex, they actually take note of what user's want and try and implement what the user's want or work with it best they can, to provide a suitable solution.
