A big well done to you guys - far more worthy than MOTM imo - all we do is post!

May I ask what you guys get as a reward, is it still VIP or??

    ---

One last thing, is it bad I have only actually heard of half of those who won

Well done all. Don't under estimate the value of MOTM though. Some really valuable contributions are made in being helpful and given good advice for members who ask. It would not be a community without the members.

They recieve a congratulatory PM from General Management and the announcement of thanks - departments have their own "Staff of the Month" where VIP is given out, the name "Staff of the Month" I feel is quite confusing but couldn't think of a better alternative, think of it really as a "Commendation".

Habbox Staff Outstanding Achievement award, however comes with a rather good prize of either 50 credits or a £10 amazon voucher.

£10 amazon voucher? Blimey, Oli! Nice to know donors money goes to things worthwhile (only kidding with you )

Not arguing against you on this, but would it be a better idea to offer either 200c or a couple of months of VIP - it wouldn't cost you as much after all

EDIT: Although on the other hand, for all the work the staff do (and in this case with Samantha LOADS of work) £10 isn't too much

Precisely, for the amount of work it would take to win the "Outstanding Staff Achivement" award, I think Habbox can put £10 of it's profits every now and then to a worthy staff member, it certainly wouldn't be every month of the year. This is only possible due to the "Limited Edition Donator" sales going so well.

Oh I understand, I assumed it was simply an 'every month' thing!

You think Jin'd let me spend £120 a year on staff?
