How Do I make My Console Message Scrollable?

I dont think u can make then scrollable any more
Just press
Control and enter and carry on typing
Every time u press it, it wont come up on ur screen but when the person recieves it it wil come on a new line.
Eg :
if i pressed control + enter 7 times then caried on typing it wud come up 7 lines down

What you do, is type what you want, Go to the beginning, And press Ctrl+Enter and it'll keep going down.. At the bottom of the copnsole, It will look like it's still in the message, but really it's not!

It does work its just that all the writing goes on top of the send button so you cant read it O.o
