    Default Becoming a member ?

    I was a member but the membership has just ran out, this may seam really stupid but...

    I go onto the website where you renew your membership, i want to pay by debit card.

    It gives me the option of credit card but further down this page it say: Pay by Credit or Debit card.

    I enter all the details for the debit card but it says its not a real card :/ any ideas ??

    Does it say "Its not a real card"
    Would help if you gave us exactly what it says.

    Also try doing it again and making 100% sure that you typed everything in correctly, and the type of card. ie.. visa etc..

    it says the card is not valid...

    i have tried like 7 times ? do you think it could be something wrong with the acutal card im trying to use ?

    My advice would be to contact the runescape billing team as they're the experts on this sort of issue. Their email address is [email protected]

    If all else fails you could link your debit card to a paypal account and pay that way.

    sorted it guys, mum rang the bank and there was something wrong with the card all sorted now tho
