Default I don't know what to do!

My brother keeps getting in trouble at school, and my parents always make a big deal out of it, there's always shouting and arguing in my house, and I always get brought into it some how!
today he got into a little trouble, and they've been talking about it, then it went to shouting, then crying, and he left the room.
I went into the room and asked my mum why they was shouting while the door was wide open so everyone could hear, she started shouting at me, then he came in and looked at me as if I was dog crap on his shoe, I asked him why he looked at me like that and they both started having a go at me.
It's not just that, little things build up in our house and I just can't take it anymore! I honestly don't know what to do, i've just been crying down the phone to my grandad! Anybody got anything that could help me?!

Sort your brother out, clearly they'll start shouting at you if you make remark (even if sensible) during their bad moods.

But yeah, tell your brother to sort his **** out, use fear, fear is good, say he's turning into the kind of scum that go on jeremy kyle no joke, dunno how bad he's being and what sort of trouble he's getting into though, if he's punching other people and acting like an utter chav then yeah

he's 10, but he acts like a 15 year old, he does hit people and stuff so that's why I'm worried and upset and angry.

My suggestion to you would be what Accipiter said, and also perhaps he could go and see a counselor about his anger before it gets really out of hand and your parents have no control over him whatsoever. The older they get the worse it gets, trust me.
There's no real "cure", he just needs someone to show him what he's doing wrong really.
