Default Changing a file name to Upper-case reverts it back to lower-case

I'm having a big sort out of my music, in time for my online radio stations return. I like to have everything organised in a strict way, a little weird maybe ha.

I like to have all songs Artist - Title and each first letter of a word to have a capital letter like Artist - This Song and not this song. However since moving to Windows 7 some tracks don't want to change.

If I change some lower-case stuff to Upper-case it reverts back to lower-case. I mean it's not a massive problem but I have my way for organising music and wondered if there's a way to stop Windows changing it?

    Thanks all

Close whatever media player you're using before doing it, Windows Media Player has a habit of not listening to changes.

Right click it and go to properties, from there click summary (Idk if it has it on 7) and change the title. That works for me when I have that problem.

Music files have a filename (for the actual file) and then have IDv3 tags embedded in them (what you see in Properties/Most media players), the IDv3 tags is what includes the Title/Artist/Genre etc.
