Right a few months ago I was one of the winners of the Movie Trailer winners 2011. My prize was a badge, a bundle of furni and my winning video on my homepage. So I got given all my prizes, until today when I checked my homepage and my winning video had been removed. I don't see why they have basically taken my prize back without any other compensation, nor any warning. But for what have they removed it? I've sent a habbo request into customer support and now waiting for a reply.

Well that is absolutely appalling in my opinion, hopefully customer services manage to give you a better answer to why this happen.

It may of been an accident, or maybe you've done something (no im not saying you have) Though I can not see them giving it back though
and why would you get compensation? it's only a video on a homepage.
though secretly habbo haven't removed any videos when they should of

I remember reading that you'd only have the video on your homepage for a certain number of months before they took it away. Well, that was for one specific competition... I can't remember which!
But yeah, if you still have the badge and furni then it's not bad really is it?..

But everyone else who won the competition still has the video on their page. The article also did not say anything about a certain amount of months.

It might have been that the video on the homepage was only a temporary thing but its not a big deak, but i see why your mad

It actually doesn't say that in the Trailer articles. Though it does say it in the Freeze Winners and some others.
