I'm assuming you're a member. If you've got the cash, making hunter kits can get you upto 200k exp/hour but it can be very expensive. Stunning is also a popular way of training Magic now - you get good exp/hour and it isn't too expensive. I've heard people getting around 100k exp/hour if you do it right, which isn't too bad. Just wear armour that lowers your magic attack stats and you can train at most places.

At level 80 you can cast string jewellery and at level 86 you can cast Plank Make, both of which are good exp/hour (130k-165k) but expensive. Casting Plank Make on mahogany logs is one of the fastest ways to train magic now.
If you don't have the cash though, I'd recommend sticking to stunning. You might also be able to find an item to alch that doesn't give a huge loss, although alching is only around 55-60k exp/hour.

Alch, I'm 98 cba to get 99 until after exams. At 97 if you have spare cash you should just piss around in soul wars barraging.
