2nd part to dragon quest?

As you may know there's a new quest "Dragon kings dungeon" - it's fairly easy imo
but you are asked to look for clues and one of the clues is "Diabolus Dracus" this is placed on the sticky in the last room where the poll appears, now it says something about the Library and the Library in the public rooms has been taken off

This is quoted from jay-russell
(it could not be true but this quest was apparently on the Italian Hotel)
and it leads on from the Dragon kings dungeon quest.

Note this is for the 2nd part of the quest which is apparently coming soon

1) Go into the room the walls of the castle-like pass inception inserting "Diabolus Dracus", you get two furni interlock Dragon superimposed to go forward, then enter one of the two teleporters that you face.

2) You'll face a maze, with a little patience you can, come to the end take the teleporter.

3) Use these keywords to continue: Alexandria, Jikji, Kant, Leviathan, Papyrus (in order) that's done, you're faced with two teleporters, and enter into any advances.

4) still use the keyword "Diabolus Dracus" and take the teleporter

oh wow that one was easy... I was expecting something interesting like the stone lake thing.

The 2nd part was really easy, the teles easily lead me to the last one which lead to the final poll room :S
