How can i contact runescape?

i tryed the FAQ part but my problem isnt solved there.

i was hopeing 1 of u can tell me how 2 fix it or contact rs the problem is my stats are going up slowey i was attcking a river troll using range and i got 1xp every time sometimes nothing and i was doing damage it was the same 4 my melee xp aswell. i dont know what 2 do????

so if you had to get 174244 EXP to get your ranging up, you'd have to hit the monster 174244 times?

Or when its like 4, it does 4 EXP?
