Where's the error?
Do you mean the chat box where they are appear offline, or do you mean the thing saying they came online?

When their face doesn't appear it means they are appearing offline!

Yeah, this can be toggled on your settings page. You can't see them online so basically can't talk to them, but if they start a chat with you, you can talk
