The breasts are lop-sided for one, and you lines around the clothes need some work, The shading in the hair needs some work, and you need to center the bow a little more. i like the colors but i also hate the shoes

Like said above the boobs are wonky and it doesn't really look like a dress but more a top and skirt. I think that the bow could do with a black outline to make it more habboey and I'm not sure whats going on with the air its odd. I don't mean to be harsh or anything but it is a decent start and not that bad but you just need to like keep working on things to improve them and refine it. Good effort though
