Torchwood: Miracle day - trailer

Forgive me this is the US trailer so it will be more camp and actiony than the as of yet unreleased UK trailer.

The torchwood twitter feed states that the first 4 episodes are complete with a futher 2 in post production and states that we may not know the release date of the new series with as short a notice as only 2 weeks before it begins.

I don't get it, they know people aren't dying yet they're still shooting people?

By the looks of it, it's not that there invincible it's that they can't die. Like owen in series 2. Injuries still occur it just doesn't have an effect on the body.

Hence the heavy use of RPG's. If a body is blown up it can't do anything. ( We can see this from the scene jack asks about removing the head)

Looks a bit too different for me as in Americanised but if it is anything like Children of Earth then it should be good.

I wonder if with leaving Doctor Who Russell T Davies will try and make Torchwood a stand alone show and cut all its connections with the series. What does everyone else think?
