Can anyone re-word/word this for me?

Basically im doing a cv *again* and im not 100% sure how to word this

The following skills I have achieved over my previous employment:

And then i want to put in "kitchen manager" but what would i put? because kitchen manager isnt a skill its a job, would the word be management? or is there something else it should be put as?

Probably say something like 'Skill - team leading ability through management of a kitchen' and big up how you worked well as the leader. Apparently they like the phrase 'team leading'. Well that's what my dad says anyway (he reads like ten CV's a day so he should know)

While working as a Kitchen Manager I have developed the skills of people management and team leading by delegating tasks to my team...blah blah blah

During my time working as a Kitchen Manager, I have learnt a number of people management skills such as motivating colleagues etc etc.
