Default How do I tell them?

If you read my thread a while ago, you'll know I live in north west with mum dad and brothers, rest of family live in midlands, was going to move in with my grandma etc etc.

Anyway, my brotherr decided he wanted to move in my grandma :/ so yeah, my auntie and uncle knew I wanted to, so my uncle said come and move in with us, just ask your auntie if its ok with her etc, so i did and she was completel fine with it. so turns out im now moving in with them until I have a job and got enough money to get on my own two feet etc.

im 16, and i think that knowing where I want to go is good, but I havnt told my mum and dad yet, i think it might hurt them a bit somehow, i want to be there by august.

i officially leave school friday, so i was thinking of telling them monday, but how do I do it? do i ask to talk to them or do i just casually tell them, and what do i say :S i really dont know what to say. +rep for good answers

Just casually bring it up in a conversation and explain everything you told us to them and say its what you really want. Hopefully they'll understand

You mentioned your brother wanting to move in with your Grandma, has your brother told your parents yet?

I know there's a four year age gap between you and your brother so your parents may disapprove on the basis that your only 16 but if it's something you really want to do then just go for it mate and tell your parents!

Well, I think other people commented and it'll be the same idea, but if I were you, I'd directly tell my feelings to them. Maybe it'll be better if you have something like a serious talk with them Then, they'll know that you are being truthful and sincere of your feelings. Parents are there to support you, so they wouldn't be hurt, but understanding
    Well anyways, good luck
I was spinning free with a little sweet and simple numbing me.
    Yeah, stumble til you crawl,
    sinking into sweet uncertainty.

If I had this situation, I'd tell them over dinner or when your out eating, Atleast then they won't do anything stupid in public. Good luck btw!
