    Default Developing iOS Apps

I'm looking to create an application for my iPod so I can take it around and use it whenever but I haven't really developed for portable devices before so wouldn't really know.

Could somebody give me a link to the resources I'd need and am I able to put it onto my iPod without sending it to Apple?

    Cheers - +rep.

I cant help you software wise, but you cannot put it on your Ipod without going through apple, which needs a $60 dev account, unless you jailbreak your ipod, then you can for free.
