    Default How to get data from my hard drive which is inside a broken laptop

    The charger port in my laptop is broken and my battery is pretty much dead so I can't go on my laptop, and I've decided just to get a new laptop (as I say in another thread)

    Anyway considering I can't get onto my laptop is there anyway I can get my photos etc from my hard drive?

    take the HDD out and plug it into a desktop PC.
