HCC Sofa (not HC sofas) and Kitchen Corner blocks

i have 15 of these and 6 Kitchen corner blocks.

I would like credits of HC sofas for either.

1 Hc per HCC Sofa and 2 Kitchen blocks per HC

or

2 Credits per sofa / 1 Credit per block.

Just out of interest, what do you mean by HCC Sofa ? I think I've heard someone say it before but I can't remember what it was!
