Fastest way to get Attack up?

Hey lads and lasses

basically ive gotten into runescape lately and started a fresh and decided to like get my mining up well high.

except to hold rune pickaxes you need an attack level of something like 41.

how do you get your attack up quickly? because i don't really want to be taking weeks to get to what i wanna do.

would help to know your current combat levels and if you're a member and such but... General advice... Kill stuff. Use the best weapon you can and kill stuff that you can hit easily without taking much damage (can't suggest monsters because I don't know your level)
Rock crabs are great to train on because they have high hitpoints and low attack... You can find them in Rellekka (a member area)

also my combat level is like 4 or 5 atm, rubbish ik.

also how long would it take to get to say, 30 or something (attack level)?

It is preferring to the question, as Rock Crabs are a good leveling source. It's how I level up my skills.

At 4-5 combat, rock crabs probably aren't wise (because it's hard/far to get to at that level). Nor are experiments.

I'd kill chickens, cows, goblins, men around lumby/falador etc until you're about 10-15 combat? then perhaps move to dwarves... Then venture to Rellekka for rock crabs

Also, how is it possible for like lvl 3's to be holding rune axes and cutting yews? Don't you have to have a certain attack? (off topic, i know)
