Xerom: Hiring

Currently I am developing the project Xerom, the idea is based around separate mobile sites for different phones operating systems i.e a site for Android, Windows Mobile, possibly others.

Currently I am looked for 1 or 2 developers who are proficient in PHP, and are able to donate time to help with the project, currently unpaid work, but once the main sites are launched, which is a free online web app, ad-supported (possibly with the introduction of a pay to remove adds service) all money made from the site will be distributed around the staff after site fee's.

We are also looking for a forum manager, once chosen we can use the software of their choice (MyBB, phpBB etc)

Currently if you visit the site from your browser you will be redirected to our forums; www.forums.xerom.net
Currently if you vist from an Android Smartphone you will be redirected to our android site; www.android.xerom.net
Currently if you visit from an Windows Mobile Smartphone, you will be redirected to our Windows Site; www.winmob.xerom.net (Please note development is yet to commence on the windows mobile site)

Any other smartphones and mobiles currently do not redirect, and instead display an Unsupported message.

Ah, that's a typo on my part on the first link, www.forum.xerom.net it should be, my apologies.
The third link should now work, but be a white page, thats due to the fact development is yet to being, as we have been concentrating on Android.
