Default I have an idea for habbox...

Do not read this spoiler, that was an old idea, read below.

Just so you know, I know this would never happen and cause so much madness etc. But I was just saying what i'd like to see as sometimes in games or quizs on forums people spoil it etc. So yeah, I would like this to happen but also I would not as so much chaos would happen from the thread creators. lol

wait, dont read my previous idea, how about the thread creators of that game or spam thread or anything can delete the posts someone has made... it is there thread afterwards?

I doubt this would ever happen but hey it's just an idea... lol
That is a silly idea, 1) they'd be taking moderators jobs away if this was in place 2) they may edit the posts to offend or create a negative ambiance in that specific thread 3) it would cause conflict.

This'd only cause havoc to the moderation of the forum and this would be stupid and chaos so I don't support this, sorry.

I don't support it either. I totallyagree with you. I'd just like to be able to, as for some peoples quizs on habbox or games people ruin it or spoil it thats all ;p and moderators aren't always there.

just read what i said in a post down there, and thats also why i said it must say that the person who edited it the owner of the thread. I totally agree with all you said it's just annoying as mods aren't always there and sometimes like in games thread, someone ruins your quiz game or w.e

If you don't support it then why did you post it?! Moderators aren't always there, no, the "Report Post" button always is though

I support it for the reasons I said, and i DO NOT because all the chaos that would happen. but it would say that the thread owner who posted edited it. Or maybe all they could do is delete the post maybe?

We aren't allowed to delete posts either, I don't think general management deletes posts, they just move them to the dark abyss of the forum.

I think the disadvantage of it causing chaos for moderation and could lead to lots of complaints/confusion outweighs the positives. I do notice how games threads can go off topic but they can also be put back on track by a moderator when they come online to deal with the situation.

However chaos is a reason which is going to over rule petty little forum games in the nicest way possible. Like The Don has said, only a few posts/threads have been deleted on this forum because they're moved out of public view. As I said, moderators aren't always available the report post button is however

Not being funny but I dont really agree with the idea, as Mark said it would block out the moderators job and it would cause a lot of havoc.

But what I also dont get is you say you dont support your idea yet you still post it. You say you support it because of the reasons you said but you haven't stated any..? :s
