Which house is better?

I set a friend a challenge to create a better house than me. I recorded both attempts instead of providing screenshots.

House 1 is cooler. House 2 has too much ope/unoccupied space and is too boxy.

I would say the first is better, much prefer the house layout from outside and inside

I prefer the first houses layout but the materials used in it wasn't that nice.

I liked the second house and especially the water lift and the swimming pools and jacuzzis. I did like the first house but I didn't like the kind of metallic feeling to it, also on one of the floors, the first step of the stairs was sunken so yeh LOL

The first house was nicer to look at and had a better layout. However, house two was furnished better.

I liked the layout used in the first house, but the materialsl used aren't brilliant. Though house two was definately furnished better as someone has said above.
