    Default Loosing belly fat!

Hey guys, im just wondering what/how is the best way to loose belly fat.

I used to be overweigh like 3 years ago but went jogging and went through a phase of just surviving on digestives and water (yh i have no idea what i was thinking at the time lol) so I lost a lot of weigh. Now im average weigh and my mum takes screaming that im getting too thin.

Anyway for like a year and a bit i have a little bit of belly fat and its driving me crazy. I've been doing sit ups and crunches for like 3 days, am I doing it right? Thanks!

I'm confused, I thought you were average weight? If you are average, why would you need to loose weight?

Anyway, Diet and exercise. Don't just stop eating, just eat smaller portions and make sure it's healthy food.

Doing ab workouts is only increasing muscle in your stomach. You lose belly weight by cardiovascular exercise. Go for two runs a day and stick at it so it's automatic and you will see that you're belly fat disappears. I had it, now I don't.

If exercise alone doesnt resolve it, chance are it may not be fat tissues thats the problem.

Depending on your salt intake as well as Water, it is possible it could just be water retention.

Don't be an idiot. If the exercise doesn't cause fat loss than doesn't mean he doesn't have any fat, I have no idea how you could come to that conclusion... It simply means he isn't burning enough energy.

You shoudnt be living off of digestives and water, i was over wieght 3 years ago (about) as well, i just started to wake up in the morning 3am, eat a nice breakfast, do a warmup and work out a bit, then go run a a few miles, i wouuld go to school eat there lunch, do football/baseball/track at school depending on the season, or i would play some sport in the nieghbor hood, and dinner would be a protein bar which makes you feel full, but gives you something in your stomach, i would also drink water, so much, over the past 3 years, i got much more taller, that helped, but i gained muscles, and such, but you cant stop doing what you do, now i just go to the gym, work out, adnstay fit.

He did say 'I don't know what I was thinking' so I'm gonna assume that he realises that living off digestives and water isn't good...

Thank you for pointing it out however..

Yh i stopped doing that water and biscuits like 2 years ago lol but thanks for the support anyway! Just been for a jog and going to do some sit ups later on.

Just curious, how many sit ups should i do? A few websites say start with 10 but leave it at that. I thought 10 would have no impact so i've been doing 30 to begin with. Thanks
