    Default Major Stomach Ache

I've just come back from holiday and have really bad Stomach Ache, I feel hungry but the second I eat I feel full again and have to stop eating. I've pretty much only eaten chips for lunch and dinner for the past 8/9 days, skipping breakfast, I'm guessing this has messed up my body slightly.

Does anyone know what would be the easiest way to sort my body out or is it just a matter of time on a normal diet?

Not really a health expert but it may be something to do with your diet you've had in the last few days. Try just getting back to a typical diet drinking the recommended amount of water per day. Failing that, see your GP.

Fill yourself with salad, fruit and veg (you're probably constipated after nothing but chips for 9 days).

I'm always concerned when I see posts like this because I was in the exact same boat in 2009 and by 2010 I'd lost three stone and was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. Don't take it lightly, it definitely should be your highest priority to get it checked out.

I would advise seeing a docter too. It may go away by its self but it's always best to check to make sure nothing major is going down. hope u get well
