    Default iPhone help [+rep]

    Basically, my iPhone 3gs is jailbroken with 4.2.1 firmware.

    It is full to capacity, and I can't be arsed to go through all the files and delete them individually.

    Can someone post a guide on how to backup my contacts and then completely delete everything on the iphone(so it's factory in state)?

    Sync it with iTunes and do a full restore.
