Bukkit server help... [+REP]

So I've setup a server, installed a few plugins and then i decided to edit the spawn area.

I changed the spawn radius to "0" and went on the server

i then closed the server and change it back to "16"
as i did this, "16" came up in red and my server has loads of [SEVERE] logs and im really confused by them...



and the server...



any ideas on how to get it working again? thanks guys
