No, But to get it you need todo a clue, Only members can get cules, You can still them to F2P users.
Do not belive free armour trimming even if they say they are a member, It's all a scam.
If you are trying to get to a clue, Kill guards at edge, You need to be on a members world as well.

to put it in words u can understand yes u can wear trimmed and guilded armor. only members can aquire it by doing treasure trail quest. if anyone says they can trim ur armor its a scam u can only but it trimmed from other people mostly members but yes u can wear it
