these chinos?

I'll start off by saying I can't sleep and I've been looking online for a pair of chinos, I'm quite a skinny bloke and was wondering what people though of these:

to go with a nice blue denim shirt, white hi-tops/plimsolls.

searched for the lighter ones but they don't have them in my size, everyone seems to go for the same size regardless of their actual size haha.

Lighter colours look better as previously pointed out and the whole drop-crotch thing looks ridiculous it has to be said.

I don't really like the drop crotch or colour either and the things at the bottom, god knows what they are called, the frilly bits aren't too nice. But hey, if you like them then get them
