Paid for getting achievements?

Basically I want a small 6x6 room full of stickies, for a room idea. I could buy the stickies, but that would cost me 5c for 60, and I imagine I need a large amount.

So I basically want to give people 1c for every 20 stickies someone drops. This way it saves me 2c and boost's the person who's dropping the stickies achievement score. On top of that they re-coup 1 cred for every 20 stickies dropped, which means if you buy 60 for 5c, it will actually only cost you 2c as I will pay 3c.
