Is this possible?

I'm sure I'll need at least wired to do this but is it possible to make commands that only certain users can use? I know there's a maze where if you say "skip" it brings you to the front of the line. Is it possible to say "skip (username)" to make a certain player (username) teleport to a furni? Would it also be possible to do something like "kick (username)" to teleport the player back to his original position?

Do you mean if I say 'skip xxMATTGxx' then Matt would skip? If so, that's not possible. They'd have to say it themselves.
