Need a Designer/Coder

Hi There.

I am very interested in starting a Habbo fan site. I have various other websites currently but I'm not much of a designer/Coder.
In order to have a successful fan site, it is vital that I find someone who excels in this area.

Most of my money will go towards the fan site, however, paying the designer/coder is an option. If you would prefer to be Site Manager, I would be happy to go with that.
Of course, I will never say no to a bit of free work
