The London riots have freaked out a lot of people. This has naturally led to people saying we should bring in the Army, fetch the water-cannons and plastic bullets. For this competition, you have to create the weirdest punishment for the looters. The weirdest punishment will win, try to keep them realistic though because they're normally the funniest and we could all use the laughs right now! Now if you don't mind, I've got to go back to selling my stolen goods... stuff on Ebay.
