Hey,

Sorting out my sisters new laptop for her (programs etc), but have a problem/question..

At the top of the screen there is a empty gap (instead of the program being at the top), which shouldn't be there. Any ideas how to get rid of it? I have taken a screenshot to explain The laptop is the newest version of the XPS 15 by Dell.



I am on processes in case it is anything to do with something running.

Found an answer though. Uninstalled "Dell Datasafe" and it worked.
