Anyone else encountering them?

Sometimes I can connect but if I go to the dashboard and load up again, sometimes it won't reconnect.

other times, I turn my xbox on and load up and can't connect to the server straight away.

Fairly annoying when you've deposited into your virgingaming account and want to play for cash.
