You cant do it so others can write on stikis I don't think, but if you place one in your room people can place one of their stikis.

If the people have rights in the room they can write on stikis.

I need it so they can write on stickies when they get to the end of my maze without me having to be there

It's annoying but if it meant they could change the content of stickies they could delete peoples names.

They can add a sticky to your wall with this pole, but they can't edit any sticky already there without rights.
