    Post [Paid Request] I need a PHP script

    I need a PHP script with the following features.

    - Secure admin section
    - Post short quotes to a public list.
    - Manage quotes, categories & rank of quotes.
    - Users can vote & comment (using disqus) on the quotes, automatically updating the rank.
    - Different categories of quotes.
    - It needs to be easily integrated into a web-page and customizable.
    - Plus other features to be confirmed.
