    Default My leg hurts... alot :(

    I went away last week and did quite a lot of cycling but aftr the first time i went out i noticed a pain in my left leg near the top joint which was like, one of those pains where you need to click your leg but you can't, it eventually got so painful I couldn't move it but then gradually got better. it's just come back though.
    i've tried stretching it, hot baths, tried clicking it but nothing works. was just wondering if anyone has had anything like this before and how they got rid of it??? it's like an achey, cramy pain but it doesn't go.
    it's also after i've worked it as i worked for 4 hours yesterday and was on my feet..
    the only thing stronger than fear is hope

    It's a muscle spasm and they happen when you do a lot of exercise that your body isn't used to. That's why they tell you to build up, don't do more than necessary and always warm up/cool down to stop this from happening.
